S.D.D.A Dance Show 2020

Show Time's: 11am -1pm & 2pm - 4pm

Colour S.D.D.A Programmes will be on sale for £1 on the day

Due to high demand: Tickets will be limited to 2 tickets per family per performance.

Additional tickets maybe become available nearer the time once everyone has had the opportunity to purchase tickets.

We are currently viewing larger Theatres for 2021

under 1 years old free ( if sitting on adults knees)

The Theatre have advised that individual filming or photography is strictly prohibited. We have hired a photographer and videographer so you can sit back relax and enjoy the show

Note to Performers:

Please arrive 30min before show 1 starts and 15min before show 2 starts.

Arrive at Stage door and you will be directed to your changing rooms.

Please note if your child requires a dresser - the dresser will be unable to view the show performance. We will have less "Miss Karen" helpers than previous years. Please be mindful the changing rooms are limited in size so we suggest "buddying up" with other parents so you can all see a performance.

Preschool

Show 1
Preschool arrive at 11.45am they will perform all of their dances in act 2

Show 2
Preschool will preform all of their dances in act 1 which allows them to finish at 2.45pm. - 3hours in total

This would allow the babies to be part of both shows giving you more opportunity to get tickets see them perform on stage.

Show 2 is being filmed which would mean babies are in the DVD, have the full experience at the cinema.

As tickets for the show is limited, this performance allow's anyone who didn't manage to get a ticket for the show to come along and enjoy this experience.

* Please note that we have a new videographer they have advised that the DVD's will be unable to copied.

Show Rehearsal

Tollcross International Swimming Centre, Wellshot Hall

Sunday 3rd of May 2020

Photographer will be present for posed pictures. So hair and make up is allowed.

Preschool : 12pm - 1.30pm - class fee : £4.50

All other classes : 12pm - 2.30pm - class fee: £5:50

Ideally if mums can organise a dresser for the rehearsal and show (If your child’s needs help) Please note dressers will not be permitted to watch the show/rehearsal.

Costumes and Deposits

Costumes will be handed out Sat 2nd of May 2020

Costumes cost £30 or £35 for Ballet

+ £10 refundable cash deposit

-Please put £10 deposit in an envelope Labeled Deposit. Please include child’s name and class written on the front.

Costume money due: by Sat 21st March 2020 this payment can be bank transfer. Please use ref : Costume followed by child's name - If paying in class, money MUST be in an envelope marked Costumes and child's name and class.

The deposits will be handed back 23rd May or can be used for show dvd. If you would like to use the deposit for DVD please write Keep for DVD this on envelope also. DVD balance MUST be paid by 30th of May.

Costumes will NOT be handed out if costume money ( £30/£35 ballet, due 21/03/2020) and £10 deposit (due on 18/04/20) has not been handed in on time.

If costumes are not paid by due date 21st of March 2020 we will NOT be able to organise costumes for your child.

Costumes will be returned to S.D.DA Team on the show day. Please take care of costumes as they are hired.

Please do not take costumes home with you after the show to wash and return. It's important that they are all washed together by a member of the S.D.D.A Team. Also to allow us to return items to the hire shop on time
